When there is violence, there should always be justice, reparation, and prevention.
All people being held for any reason must have a trial in a quick and very timely fashion in order to keep them imprisoned or restricted in any way. No one should be imprisoned for any prolonged amount of time until there is due process where their threat to society can be displayed in an open court. And no one should be imprisoned in a unlivable area.
There will be no torture of any kind to any human. No cruel, unusual or immediate, deliberately painful punishment. Torture is also the secret or prolonged imprisonment without a fair, open and honest trial. Torture releases our sides violence which them can easily be a self serving motive for false accusations and imprisonments to conduct torture. Torture also releases our own violence which takes on a direction of its own which is of course to do more violence. Releasing torture and violence from our side will almost certainly be misapplied, misused as nearly all acts of violence does. And once our side, the peaceful side, starts to torture and do violence then we will be stuck with the unenviable task of trying to repress the violence we let out. And it is much easier to let out our violence then to get it back in. People who love violence are always working to protect, promote or produce violence. These are the people we believe who want our side to torture not for information but for their primal pleasure. Torture is completely problematic from the beginning to the end for all peaceful people and should never be legal, endorsed, used, allowed, condoned by anyone on our side no matter what the "other side" does. Us rejecting torture will stand as a beacon to our commitment to our principles and to the War Against Violence. No one who does torture should have any immunity and should be prosecuted if they torture for we know the real reason they do it not for their country but for themselves. Not allowing torture is not only to protect innocent people from violence or from people who don't deserve it but also very much for the benefit of everyone on the outside, our side, the peaceful side. If there is information that we need to know there are many other methods more reliable which produce more accurate results then by resorting to violence. In the extreme example that someone deserved torture we would still not do it because we will not let them force us to be violent like them for violence is a black hole that some may never get out. And violence, even more than misery, loves company. Some do violence just to bring it out in others. They are calling out our violence instinct. We will not fall for that old trick. And some who have been caught doing violence are then just committed to manipulating the rest of us by dragging down as many other people they can with them.
All people trial with no exception must be public trails with little or no public viewing restrictions. This open trail will help guarantee that the prisoner has had no violence or torture down to them. An open trial also give us a tremendous amount of information to study about violence and violent people. An open, honest, fair public trail also give a great forum to expose a persons cover-up for violence for the falsehood it is. And open trail can also prove to the public and to the world that the trial was fair and that any punishment was indeed justice and not revenge which is blind to any and all other arguments. True justice also serves as concrete enforcement to ourselves, and positive proof to all others, in our belief in our principles. Some who fight against the use of open trails in all circumstances may be wanting to advance the cause of violence and not peace by limiting or denying the positive results of true justice. Unfortunately the areas of "shadows" is fertile ground for violence and where it is most productive.
Justice should be dispensed by the people of the society and not those solely in official office. Justice by the public will be dispensed accordance with our laws and just as important by The High Five principles of Peace, Life, Love, Freedom and Equality. Our principles do not replace our laws but they surround them inside and out in every laws, creation, evaluation, continuance, enforcement and application. But our principles are voluntarily only. The actual laws of the land are the ones to be enforced but we believe they should be viewed and enforced though our principles at all times and not be devoid of them. Our principles should never be viewed through any act of government but our laws should always represent our principles. And how close our laws represent our principles tell us how good or bad our laws and governments are.
No law made by man overrides, compromises, marginalizies, diminishes, cancels or takes precedence over The High Five principles. Our principles guaranty that a nation of laws is also a nation of morality. Also nothing made by man is on the same high level of what was created by nature, God or both.
The Justice Fast Track does not try to kill anyone it just tries them. Two wrongs do not make a right it only creates more trials and a bigger burden on our justice system, society and our survival and advancement as a race. What we should practice is "Justice Prevention" who we do not do things that require the involvement of enforcement,.judiciary or correction department. One of our goals should be to move as many people in this public position into the private market where their contribution would be still be great if not greater. Revenge is void of any other persons, perspective opinion, outside augments or extenuating circumstances. That is not justice and revenge should not be allowed. Revenge begets only revenge which only serves as a another cover-up for unjustified violence. Revenge perpetuates violence where "The Justice Fast Track" ends that thread of violence. There can never be a stacked deck in the justice system for then it is no longer a justice system. There should never be predisposed or predetermined people or polices in "The Justice Fast Track" Of course some one can be subjective when viewing a crime but they must also strive to be objective. Any act of revenge denies society to act with justice and derails "The Justice Fast Track. For the accused to have to sit in and open courtroom for the world to see and not be able to respond to people who attack them right in their face and for the world to see and have these people ell the world what a bad person they and what bad things they have done and have it all written down and made available to everyone and not having to ability to make a peep until everyone agrees it is your time to speak may be worst punishment for the accused than revenge. And it may be harder to accept punishment from complete stranger who were not involved then the ones that were directly effected by their violence. Even if a avenger directly get their revenge they will only achieve a stalemate since the offered already did violence that affected them. But when strangers who had nothing at state in the events go out of their way to punish the violent offered then they and society will always be one up on the perpetrator and the preparator will never be able to correct that which is a very unpleasant reality offenders are forced live with. One that will always keep society winning the War Against Violence.
The death penalty is not justice however it is a close as we as a society can get to justice in some very rare cases. The are some violence crimes where we human do not have the capacity to dispense justice however we believe we should also push justice to the maximum we can and unfortunately in some rare cases we think this may involve the death penalty. In these very rare cases we believe this may be the less then 1% of justified violence. The best was to avoid the death penalty is to educate all to the horrendous impact violence does to a person, their family, society and the world so no one ever do such a heinous acts that might force us peaceful people to do what we detest the most of all things, violence. But us peaceful people will do justified violence in very rare and extreme circumstances in a last ditch attempt to re-balance our principles if they are severely being distorted or attacked with violence so they once again can be equal. It some rare instances our principles compel us to do justified violence. But us peaceful people do justified violence with no joy or pleasure and only with regret. And if it turns out in our campaigns for violence prevention that not doing some forms of justified violence aids in the reduction of violence then we would gladly reduce even further our tiny and very defined reasons for justified violence.
That no violence must be done in prisons. There should be no violence done to prisoners by other prisoners. The should be not violence to prisoners by any authority. There should be no violence to any authority by prison. There should be no violence between people of authority. This is easier said than done but if we can make prisons more peaceful then we can make any place more peaceful. We believe this should be the first step in fight the sever problem of recidivism (repeat offenders) among violence criminals. If they are able to live in peace they might fully understand what it is all about. Maybe some have never been able to live in peace before. Once they experience peace and get to enjoy its seem very unlikely that they would want to return to a life or act of violence. And I doubt someone would want to go to prison to get peace when it is their for the taking in our free society. Peace is The First Principle and that is true to those who have committed crimes and those who have not. Peace is The First Principle for everything. It also seems hard to believe that some violent offender would think they could get away with doing violence and 2nd 3rd time or more. With such as high rate of repeat violent offenders of course law enforcement is going to look to the people who did violence before.
That no one has any immunity from prosecution from violence not matter what their official status is. What ever a person duties and responsible are it does not protect them should they do unjustified violence. No government representative, official or employee elected or otherwise. No member of the armed service or military. No member of any intelligence service or enforcement agency. No member of any administration or judicial body or any religious leader or religious follower.
We believe when there is an act of violence they should almost always be some sort of reparation and this can often mean financial reparation. Those convict of a violence crime should also financial give into a victims fund for all violent victims. The amount should be based on the amount of violence inflicted by the perpetrator.
In some cases person who has commit a violent crime should be allowed to prove his guilt in order in return for some consideration. Maybe help for his family or less financial reparation they must pay or something about his imprisonment condition location or in rare occasion something to do with their sentence if they are found guilty.
A person is innocent of breaking law until convicted in an open court of law. However a person has broken our principles, our moral laws, when committing the act.
Once are person has done violence and has broken our moral law or official laws they should be given the opportunity to do good deeds so they may be able to get back to "Life Neutral" of even beyond. That should be the goal of every violent offender. Even if they can never get back to "Life Neutral" it is their responsibility fo the offender to try to get as close as possible.
No ones family or friend or compatriot should ever be punished because of the violent deed done by another member.
For teens or youths that are too young to be in the adult correction or justice system, we believe what first be done with these young offenders is the same which must happen with adult violent offenders. They must first be put in a violence free place. Again Peace is The First Principle for everything. Teens are youth actually are at the right place at the right time. They are of the age where they are probably asking who there are. That is exactly how they are going to fight and conquer their violence and the violence of others. They must find, discover, explore, releases and expand their true, one of a kind, individual, unique, never been before and will never be again identity. Their real spirit, essence, the finger print of their soul. Once they put their identity in charge of all things internal they can beat their violence instinct and one million more out side violence instincts. That's how unbelievably strong just one identity is. But its possible they must be put in a peaceful place for them uncover their identity. It they are in a constant state of survival or pain they cannot let their guard down for a second for them to reach inside where their identity is. Whether teens or youths are violent or not if they are anything that is not peaceful then must have the immediate ability to go to a safe place or a safe house. A safe house not for terrorist but for those with equal identities which all people including our teens and youth have. Not to protect the future, which this will also, do but to protect them right now and right away. We call these potential places "The First Principle Place" (TFP). Parents and care givers of course should be very concerned about their child going to safe house and should then take the steps to make a teens or youths home and environment permanently peaceful before during and after any teen or youth leaves and even better before a youth even thinks about leaving for a TFP Place. Even parenthood and family the foundation of our lives and the cornerstone of all our societies will not protect anyone if they do violence or create a violent environment or situation. And teens and youth must remember not to do anything that might comprise their identity like drugs, alcohol, lust etc. Your identity must be in control all the time from beginning to end. Being in total control of yourself from beginning to end with no lapses or excuses is the true definition of a good kid, a mature person, an adult and a man. And then you will recieve a glorious reward, you will find out what real fun is all about. That alone makes it worth it. You will be shocked to your core when you find out how many fun things go with peace and how much more fun peace makes them. You might think you are having fun now but peace is fun on a double dose of steroids with a Cappuccino chaser. Once you get there you will never go back.
We believe schools and public institution should also have their own peace places. Fighting bulling among many other things should not only included remove a child who is doing or threatening violence but also the ability of those who are or may be victim or potnetial visits or violence to have the ability to check themselves into a peace place during school hours or after school hours. No child can learn anything under the act or threat of violence except of cource a crash course on how to be violent. No child should very every violent done to them under the auspice of education, relation or discipline. waragainstviolence.org believe that a few people who love violence and work to protect, promote and produce violence may advocate violence to children in a attempt consciously or subconscious to make them violence now or in the future. We also believe that some adults today are victims of that early and immoral behavior. The violent people did violence to them as children to turn them into one of them, a violent person and a violent adult, so someone can continue to carry the flag of violence. Children do not have to be educated in the feeling of fear they are instinctual already familiar with that. The are many important ways to fight it but one we believe is hat children in schools and other public institution should also have the ability to "Leave For Peace". Sometimes it is not enough just to remove the bully or violent child because by then it might be to late athoni tremoved a bully or violent perosn must be immediaete and mandatory. But children who are or feel like they may get bullied need to be able to leave and go to a TFP in their facility. When all the children leave and one child is left in the room, the teach and the authorities will know who the bully is. This TFP should be available to any child after hours too.
"The Justice Fast Track" we believe in not just for some countries or societies but for all counties and societies because all these entities need to get to more peace as soon as possible . We believe this form of justice can accelerate that process.
No justice, no peace? You can still have peace without justice however it is a whole lot harder but real justice for sure puts peace on the fast track.
