The Color of Democracy is centered around the frequent voting of citizens and or people in a country, society or area.
All votes are equal. No citizen should be denied to make their equal votes or voting at anytime or place. All votes much be counting equally. Male votes are equal to all female votes and visa versa. All votes of any legal age are also equal.
That each individual has a specific opinion, color, of all subjects effecting them their society and country.
That each individual should be able to express that exact opinion, color, in regard to all subjects neglect them, their fancily the society or culture.
That only a very few subjects, legislation, laws, policies would be of limited to and subject to a vote.
That people should be able to vote not just for leaders and representatives but for any issues big or small and that each issue can and often should be broken down into very small parts which also can be voted upon individually to insure the color, opinion of the voter is correctly understood.
That the accumulation of everyone's vote (opinion/color) would create a new color and that would be the final referendum on an issue.
That the same issue can and should become eligible for the same vote since change in any issue is constant. An annual vote on some issues may also be appropriate.
The Color of Democracy does not abolish any current branch of government or change any procedures or law unless any of The Color of Democracy vote details any change. The Color of Democracy is not intended to change any existing democracy or to abruptly change a democracy founding documents but only to build on them better. To advance them in the positive spirit they were created. To make a more democratic democracy in where democracy already exists and to insist on some form of democracy where it does not exist. Democracy is a important leg in the table of freedom and must be strong or the table, society, will not be as strong as it can and should be. No founding democratic document where perfect at incept nor are any perfect now. However The Color of Democracy aim is to make them as democratic perfect as possible done strictly by democratic means.
The Color of Democracy is for all issues facing an individual, their family or society but its for governing and not necessarily for the internal structure of business, religion or for those in he military service although these areas are very much still in the domain The Color of Democracy. Business, religions and the armed service are not fundamentality democratic and maybe should not be. But then if our government and public institution are not democratic then there is nothing left. You need freedom in order to practice your religion, you need freedom to create a productive business but you do not need religion or business to be free. Everyone is born free. And if people only want to live in a free democratic societies, team and government then no other institution whether it is religion, business or the military should force them to do otherwise. Because not only is everyone born free but they must also be able to live free in public and in public institution with no ipnmealrty or incrimination. The duty of a democratic body is not to allowed non democratic bodies infused themselves in it or the democracies i may no longer be truly democratic and every citizens freedom is comprised. Many of these great but non democratic entities also overlap into each other. No matter how beautiful the color is of business, religion or the military it will alter the color of The Color of Democracy and alter the true decision and color of a voted referendum. The Color of Democracy should be bullied. There are proper procedures and channels in is any democracy including those which can service The Color of Democracy which will not alter its pure purpose but when these procedures and channels becomes "a chain of command" they chain everyone's fundematal rights and basic freedoms. Even if one seed from a non-democratic body is injected into The Color of Democracy it could add a authoritarian or even a dictatorial element into it and no matter how small the seed is, and all seeds are small, it is unknown on how big the plant or tree will grow. No completely and fully democratic seeds are to be planted in The Color of Democracy.
The only issues that cannot be voted on are The High Five. These are the worldwide, universal human principles of Peace (The First Principle), Love, Life, Freedom and Equality (The Super Principle). The Color of Democracy cannot vote to limit voting to any degree or vote to comprise any freedom or to reduce anyone's equality in all areas.
The Color of Democracy should not only make our societies, laws, judicial system, government militaries more peaceful but it should also aid in our advancement. The Color of Democracy will force people to work together more then just a few individuals might. The magical power of team work is advancement in overdrive. Many countries and societies have not advance sufficient fir because of violence and second because of their lack of teamwork.
The terms of service of all legislators and government officials should also be adjusted if necessary by The Color of Democracy. That no job, no official and no one citizen is above the peoples right to vote and the uncompromising right to have their votes acted on exactly. That people in public position and the public positions themselves are subject to The Color of Democracy and that is no where in any founding documents that permanently prevents this.
There may be issues binding and non binding that may also be voted upon by those in a territory where they are affected by the vote no matter what their status is as a citizen of that territory. The may also be additional voting on issues binding and non binding where children age 12 to 17 would also be permitted to vote.
The may also be voting on issues binding or not binding where voters can identify themselves with their votes.
The Color of Democracy also aims to continue make voting easier and more reliable at all times. And that there is and should not be any trade off between the two. Perfection is the goal for the ease and accuracy of all votes and voting. That votes and voting can and should be a constant issue for voting itself.
That the only disqualification for voting of those 18 or older should be those convict and incarcerated of a violent crime. This is because these people have done the worst crime possible and must sacrifice one of their great right of self determination because of this. The people also may be expected to automatically vote for violence not matter what the issue is since in a sense they already have. We believe letting others in the correction system to vote might aid in the serious inmate recidivism (repeat offender) problem that exists.
Historical Notes on the Constitution of the U.S.
It should be noted that the Constitution of the United States was not ratified by the necessary number of states until 1788, 12 years after the U.S. Declaration of Independence.
The original Constitution did not have the original 10 bill of rights. Those were added by the states after the 1987 Constitution Convention and were not ratified the nescecary number of states till 1791.
The Constitution of the U.S. was actual the second "constitution" of the U.S. The first was called the "Articles of Confederation" which was ratified in 1781.
Women or African Americans were not permitted to vote in the first 100 and 150 year of the Constitution of the U.S. Only white adult men could vote but only if they were property owners. There was also religious and tax restricts at the begging as well. So only 10% to 16% of the U.S. population was allowed to vote after the passage of the Constitution of the U.S. Later there would be literacy test to prevent some for voting.
In 1860/1861 11 of the States in the United States of America succeeded from the union and created their own constitution called the "Constitution of the Confederate States of America" (CSA) which was adopted in 1861.

The Voting Rights Act was passed in 1965 and protects the right of minority voters and eliminates barriers such as the literacy test. The Act has been expanded and renewed in 1970, 1975, 1982.
