Douglas A. Wain is author of the book “The War Against Violence Everywhere” (ISBN 978-0-9789319-1-9) published October 3, 2010 and is also President of Douglas Safety Corporation, est. 1995. A company that sells safety products and apparel to protect American workers and helps companies comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards. He has worked in the work safety field for over 30 years and has traveled extensively in East and South Asia. He also is mentor for children in the Lexington-Fayette County Public School System and has served on a School-Based Decision Making Council. He also has completed Virtus Training and volunteers for Parochial Schools in Lexington, KY. He has also been a Big Brother in Lexington, KY. He attended Boston University and Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Douglas A. Wain is also a musician and the Founder and President of the "Garden State Institute of Performing Arts Inc." a 501 (c) (3) Organization which successfully presented New Jersey's first two music award shows and broadcasts called "The Garden State Music Awards". They also presented the equally successful "Garden State Music Seminar".

Elisa Wain is a Teacher/Educator in the Lexington-Fayette Country Public School System for 10 years. She has also worked in private schools in Lexington, KY. Has served on a School-Based Decision Making Council. She has a Bachelors Degree in Education, Awarded Phi Zeta Kappa, and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and a Rank I Degree in Primary Education.
